The colours correspond to the statuses of artwork, adverts and content:

  • Amber: Advert awaiting action from a customer
  • Light amber: Content awaiting action from a customer
  • Pink: Advert not ready

  • Grey: Page partly filled
  • Other colours: you may see other colours if you have set categories with other colours, or if you have set statuses with your own custom colours.

The Manage Adverts and Manage Contents lists

If you click on Manage Adverts in the navigation menu bar, you will see a list of all your advert bookings for the issue you are working on. Similarly, if you click on Manage Contents in the navigation menu bar, you will see a list of all your content bookings.

The list is colour-coded by the artwork status, so you can see at a glance which bookings are complete and which are not. If the booking has been set on the flat plan, you will see the page number in the Page column.

By clicking on the up-and-down icon at the top of each column, you can sort the list by each of the column fields.

You can also use the search box to find a particular company, or to find all the bookings assigned to one of your users.

Clicking on a company name will take you to the bookings for that company.

Clicking on the booking title will take you to the artwork details for the booking, where you can update the status, upload artwork or add notes.

The Adverts Index and Contents Index lists

If you click on Adverts Index in the navigation menu bar, you will see a list of all your advert bookings for the issue you are working on, including the section. Similarly, if you click on Contents Index in the navigation menu bar, you will see a list of all your content bookings.

TIP: Clicking on any booking in the list will take you to that booking in the Flat Plan
